Last Pizza Slice, better known by the acronym LPS, is a Slovenian band from the city of Celje. The band was formed in December 2018 in the music room of the Grammar School Celje-Center. The group is formed by Filip Vidušin (vocals), Gašper Hlupič (drums), Mark Semeja (electric guitar), Zala Velenšek (bass guitar) and Žiga Žvižej (electronic keyboard). The group has achieved a number of participations in local competition with remarkable results.
LPS made their way through the Freš selection, more than justifying RTV’s focus on promoting new talent; the band stormed the grand final televote, finishing on a total of 103 points. LPS will represent Slovenian in Eurovision Song Contest winner 2022
Sandra Lied Haga
Norwegian cellist Sandra Lied Haga stands on the threshold of a major career, having already won four international competitions and many major awards in Scandinavia – including the prestigious Equinor Classical Music Award in 2019. Her rich, beautiful sound and prodigious talent have caught attention worldwide.
Europe – Asia Center is a Brussels based independent non-profit organization promoting Europe – Asia relations, connecting professionals, institutions, organizations and networks across sectors and disciplines.
Placed underneath the mountain of Bohor (Slovenia), bordering on the Eastern Slovene Prealps and typical Pannonian landscape, a small farm estate carrying the name ‘Znoj’ (l.t. Sweat) was occupied since approx. 1900. The name and the farm-house are probably the true indicators of the conditions first owners were battling with. Typical Kozjansko region farm-house reveals the family struggle for survival: modest construction.
A champion of Norway’s rich musical tradition, Eldbjørg Hemsing has made herself a name in her native country since her solo debut with the Bergen Philharmonic at the age of 11. Today she counts amongst the leading violinists of the younger generation.
